TokuPass

Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms set out the conditions for using TokuPass (the “Service”). Users use the Service on the basis of agreeing to these Terms.

Operator: Triengage Inc. (company registration pending) / Contact: support@triengage.com

Article 2 (Description of the Service)

The Service is an unofficial study-support service that helps you prepare for the SSW Type 2 (food service) skills exam, the JLPT, and similar exams.

The questions and explanations are originals we wrote ourselves based on public materials; they are not reproductions of the real exam. We are not affiliated with the bodies that administer or operate the exams.

Article 3 (Fees)

The Service is currently provided free of charge. If we add paid features in the future, we will announce this in advance on the Service.

Article 4 (Account management and withdrawal)

The Service can be used without registration (anonymously). Linking a Google account lets you carry your study records across devices.

Users are responsible for managing their own authentication credentials, such as a linked Google account. We are not responsible for unauthorized use by third parties.

Users may withdraw at any time. On withdrawal, the account and server-side study data are deleted (via the account-deletion feature in My Page, or the contact point).

Article 5 (Prohibited acts)

Users must not do any of the following.

Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.

Copying, reposting, redistributing, or selling the Service's questions, explanations, or other content without our permission.

Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, placing excessive load on the servers, or otherwise interfering with the operation of the Service.

Acts that infringe the rights of others or of us.

Article 6 (Intellectual property)

Intellectual property rights in the Service's questions, explanations, design, and so on belong to us or to the rightful owners.

The questions are ones we wrote and edited ourselves based on study texts published by the Japan Food Service Association (JF); copyright in those texts belongs to JF. Unauthorized copying or reposting is prohibited.

Article 7 (Changes, suspension, and termination of the Service)

We may change the content of the Service, or suspend or terminate its provision, without prior notice to users. We are not responsible for any damage this causes to users.

Article 8 (Disclaimers)

Information about the system and exams is based on public materials, but we do not guarantee its accuracy, timeliness, or completeness. The system may change without notice; please check the final details on each official site.

The Service does not guarantee that you will pass an exam or obtain a residence status.

The Service does not provide advice or judgments on individual visa or residence procedures. For your specific situation, please consult the relevant official contact or a qualified professional.

For damage arising from use of the Service, we bear responsibility only to the extent permitted by law.

Article 9 (Handling of personal information)

Personal information is handled in accordance with the separately established Privacy Policy.

Article 10 (Exclusion of anti-social forces)

Users represent and warrant that they are not, and are not involved with, anti-social forces such as organized crime groups.

If we determine that this has been violated, we may suspend use of the Service or delete the linked account without prior notice.

Article 11 (No assignment of rights or obligations)

Users may not assign, transfer, pledge as security, or otherwise dispose of their position under these Terms or any rights or obligations under these Terms to a third party without our prior written consent.

Article 12 (Notices and contact)

Notices and communications from us to users regarding the Service are made by posting on the Service or by another method we deem appropriate.

Communications from users to us should be sent to support@triengage.com.

Article 13 (Severability)

Even if any provision of these Terms, or part of one, is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

Article 14 (Changes to these Terms)

We may change these Terms as necessary. When we make important changes, we will announce them on the Service. If you use the Service after a change, you are deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms.

Article 15 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

In the event of a dispute regarding the Service, the courts of Japan shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
