The free plan still covers daily practice, furigana, the diagnosis and your study history.

You are responsible for any internet connection charges incurred while using the service.

Payment is by credit card via Stripe. We do not store your card number.

Monthly and yearly plans: the first period is charged at sign-up, then renews and is charged automatically on the same cycle until you cancel.

Mock exam pack: charged once at purchase, with no automatic renewal.

Access begins immediately once payment completes.

The detailed AI analysis of a mock exam is generated after you submit it and is normally readable on screen within a few minutes.

You can cancel a monthly or yearly plan at any time from “Manage plan” on My Page. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Because this is digital content, we cannot refund a payment at the customer's request once it has been made, and we do not refund on a pro-rata basis.

The mock exam pack is a consumable product. We cannot refund it after purchase, including any unused attempts.

Japan's cooling-off system does not apply to online sales.
